We have used AZ for airport pick ups/drop offs a number of times over the years. Most recently was for another midnight arrival into Gatwick. I contacted AZ cars whilst abroad (via WhatsApp) to arrange pick up from the airport for me & my family, we were travelling with 3 young children, 7 large suitcases and a buggy! From quick responses during the conversation to prompt confirmation, and then actual pickup, the service was nothing less than amazing!
We were contacted by the driver by the time we landed at 6am, he was polite and waiting with clear signage at the meeting point. He helped us with our cases at pickup and drop off which was so helpful considering the amount of luggage and the kids. And for what could have been a really expensive journey their price was affordable and fair. Thank you so much for the great customer service throughout and making the journey home seamless!

Do you charge for waiting time?

Yes. There is no free waiting period: waiting time is charged from when your driver arrives at the pickup point. Full details are in our booking terms.

Can I book a larger car for a group or extra luggage?

Yes. We have estates, executive cars, MPVs and 7-seaters. An executive car takes up to 4 passengers with 2 large cases and 2 small bags. Tell us how many passengers and bags when you book. See our fleet & luggage guide.

Can you supply a child seat?

Yes. Child seats are available on request, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Just mention it when you book so we can have one ready before pickup.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible cars?

No, we don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Folding wheelchairs and other mobility aids are carried free, and assistance dogs travel free. Please tell us your needs when you book. See our accessibility terms.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. With at least 24 hours’ notice there’s no cancellation fee and your fare is refunded, less any non-refundable admin fee. Later cancellations may be charged, as set out in our booking terms.
