We have used AZ for airport pick ups/drop offs a number of times over the years. Most recently was for another midnight arrival into Gatwick. Excellent service from start-to-finish. A very clean car arrived on time and smoothly delivered us to London Gatwick. The driver was very smartly dressed too! The only thing that could have been added to the service was a courtesy call or text the day before to confirm the booking, especially when a booking is made well in advance. I contacted AZ cars whilst abroad (via WhatsApp) to arrange pick up from the airport for me & my family, we were travelling with 3 young children, 7 large suitcases and a buggy! From quick responses during the conversation to prompt confirmation, and then actual pickup, the service was nothing less than amazing!
We were contacted by the driver by the time we landed at 6am, he was polite and waiting with clear signage at the meeting point. He helped us with our cases at pickup and drop off which was so helpful considering the amount of luggage and the kids. And for what could have been a really expensive journey their price was affordable and fair. Thank you so much for the great customer service throughout and making the journey home seamless!
