Where we go
Journeys to local hospitals
We take you to your appointment and bring you home again. Tell us the hospital, the department and your appointment time when you book.
- SW17
St George’s Hospital
There are drop-off and pickup points in the hospital car park, including one outside the lower ground floor entrance. Tell us your department and we’ll agree the nearest one.
- KT2
Kingston Hospital
There’s a drop-off point right in front of the main entrance. Parking on site is very limited, so being dropped off saves you looking for a space.
- SW3
The Royal Marsden, Chelsea
The Royal Marsden’s Chelsea hospital, near South Kensington. Tell us which entrance or building your appointment is in.
- SM2
The Royal Marsden, Sutton
The Royal Marsden’s Sutton hospital, between Sutton and Belmont. A car to the door is often easier than the train and a walk.
Hospital addresses and drop-off arrangements checked October 2026 on the hospitals’ own websites. Always follow the directions in your appointment letter.

Hospital journey questions
Do you take people to St George’s Hospital in Tooting?
Yes. We take pre-booked journeys to St George’s Hospital on Blackshaw Road, Tooting, and collect you afterwards. Tell us your department when you book and we’ll agree the nearest drop-off point.
Can you take me to Kingston Hospital?
Yes. Kingston Hospital has a drop-off point right in front of the main entrance on Galsworthy Road, and parking on site is very limited, so being dropped off is often easiest.
Do you go to both Royal Marsden hospitals?
Yes. We go to the Royal Marsden in Chelsea, on Fulham Road, and in Sutton, on Downs Road. Tell us which site and department your appointment is at when you book.
What if I don’t know when my appointment will finish?
That’s common. You can book a return time, or call 020 8874 2000 when you’re ready and we’ll tell you how quickly we can get to you. There’s no free waiting period, so if a driver waits for you, waiting time is charged.
Will the driver help me in and out of the car?
Yes. Our drivers give reasonable help getting into and out of the car, and carry folding wheelchairs and other mobility aids, at no extra charge. Assistance dogs travel free.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible cars?
No, we don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so you’ll need to be able to transfer into a car seat. Folding wheelchairs are carried free. Please tell us your needs when you book. See our accessibility terms.
Can I book a journey for a relative?
Yes. Give us their name, phone number, pickup address and appointment details, plus any help they need. We can also take a friend or carer travelling with them.
Can I book regular journeys for a course of treatment?
Yes. Tell us the dates and times of your appointments and we’ll book each journey in. If an appointment moves, let us know as early as you can.
Is this an emergency or patient transport service?
No. We’re a pre-booked minicab service for people who can travel in an ordinary car. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice, call NHS 111.
Will I know the price before I travel?
Yes. When you book online you’ll see the price before you confirm. You can also call or WhatsApp us for a quote. Pay online, by card, cash or BACS, with no card surcharge. See how our prices work.
