Before you book
Help us send the right car
Luggage often decides the car more than the number of seats does. The more we know about your passengers and bags, the better we can match the car to your journey.
Count every bag
Include checked cases, cabin bags and holdalls, not just the big suitcases.
Mention bulky items
Pushchairs, golf bags, bikes in bags and mobility aids all take up boot space.
Big group?
For more than seven people, or more luggage than one car can take, we can send two or more vehicles at the same time. See group travel.

- Need a child seat? We supply child seats on request. Just mention it when you book so we can fit it before pickup.
- Mobility aids & assistance dogs Folding wheelchairs and other mobility aids are carried free, and assistance dogs travel free. We don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so please tell us your needs when you book. Accessibility terms

Fleet & luggage questions
Which car should I book for four passengers?
It depends on your luggage. A saloon suits four people with one large case and a couple of small bags. With more suitcases, choose an estate, or an MPV if you have a lot of luggage.
Will I get the exact car in the photo?
No. You book a vehicle class rather than a particular model, and the photos are examples. We’ll send a car from the class you booked, or a similar one.
Are the luggage figures guaranteed?
No, they’re a guide. Case sizes and the exact model sent within each class both affect how much fits. If you’re close to the limit, call us on 020 8874 2000 and we’ll advise.
Can you take six or seven passengers?
Yes. Our MPVs seat up to six and our 7-seaters seat up to seven. For larger groups we can send more than one vehicle; just call us to arrange it.
Which car should I book for an airport transfer?
Count every case and cabin bag. One large case suits a saloon; two or three suit an estate; families usually need an MPV. Our airport transfers, Heathrow and Gatwick pages have more airport tips.
Can you send more than one car for a big group?
Yes. For groups larger than seven, or with more luggage than one car can take, we can send two or more vehicles at the same time. Call us to arrange it.
Can you supply a child seat?
Yes. We supply child seats on request. Just mention it when you book so we can fit it before pickup. You’re also welcome to bring your own.
Can I bring a wheelchair or assistance dog?
We don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Our drivers carry folding wheelchairs and mobility aids at no extra cost, and assistance dogs travel free. Please tell us what you’re bringing when you book.
Are your drivers and vehicles licensed?
Yes. AZ Cars is a TfL-licensed private hire operator (licence 10668), and every journey is carried out by a TfL-licensed, DBS-checked driver in a TfL-licensed vehicle.
