Do you cover all of Kingston?

Can you pick me up in Kingston town centre?
Yes. Much of the centre around Clarence Street and the Market Place is pedestrianised, so we’ll agree a meeting point on a road nearby, such as near the station or the Bentall Centre, when you book.
Do you do journeys to and from Kingston Hospital?
Yes. We take pre-booked journeys to Kingston Hospital on Galsworthy Road and collect you afterwards. Tell us the department and your appointment time when you book, and call us when you’re ready if you’re not sure when you’ll finish. See our hospital transfers.
How long does it take to get to Heathrow from Kingston?
As a rough guide, Heathrow is usually about 35 to 50 minutes and Gatwick is usually about an hour from Kingston, depending on traffic and the time of day. Allow extra time in weekday rush hours, and tell us your flight time when you book so we can suggest when to leave.
How far ahead should I book?

Do you charge for waiting time?
Yes. There is no free waiting period: waiting time is charged from when your driver arrives at the pickup point. Full details are in our booking terms.
Can I book a larger car for a group or extra luggage?
Yes. We have estates, executive cars, MPVs and 7-seaters. An executive car takes up to 4 passengers with 2 large cases and 2 small bags. Tell us how many passengers and bags when you book. See our fleet & luggage guide.
Can you supply a child seat?
Yes. Child seats are available on request, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Just mention it when you book so we can have one ready before pickup.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible cars?
No, we don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Folding wheelchairs and other mobility aids are carried free, and assistance dogs travel free. Please tell us your needs when you book. See our accessibility terms.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. With at least 24 hours’ notice there’s no cancellation fee and your fare is refunded, less any non-refundable admin fee. Later cancellations may be charged, as set out in our booking terms.

Yes. AZ Carz Ltd, trading as AZ Cars, holds Transport for London private hire operator licence 10668. Every journey is pre-booked and carried out by TfL-licensed drivers in licensed vehicles.
