Do you cover all of Southfields?
Yes. We pick up anywhere in Southfields and Wimbledon Park, including the Grid, Replingham Road and Merton Road, as well as the rest of South West London.
Can you take us to and from the tennis?
Yes. During the Championships, Southfields station and the roads near the grounds get very busy and some can be closed, so we’ll agree a convenient pickup point nearby. Book your return in advance, and if play runs late, call 020 8874 2000 to move your pickup time.
Where are you based?
Our office is at 200 Merton Road, Wandsworth SW18 5SW, just along the road from Southfields, and we’ve been a family-run firm here since 1996. All our journeys are pre-booked online, by phone or on WhatsApp.
How long does it take to get to Heathrow or Gatwick from Southfields?
As a rough guide, Heathrow is usually about 40 minutes to an hour and Gatwick is usually about an hour from Southfields, depending on traffic and the time of day. Allow extra time in weekday rush hours, and tell us your flight time when you book so we can suggest when to leave.
How far ahead should I book?
All our journeys are pre-booked. For airport runs, early mornings, the Championships and busy times like Friday evenings, it’s best to book as early as you can. If you need a car soon, call 020 8874 2000 and we’ll tell you how quickly we can get to you.
Do you do airport transfers from Southfields?

Do you charge for waiting time?
Yes. There is no free waiting period: waiting time is charged from when your driver arrives at the pickup point. Full details are in our booking terms.
Can I book a larger car for a group or extra luggage?
Yes. We have estates, executive cars, MPVs and 7-seaters. An executive car takes up to 4 passengers with 2 large cases and 2 small bags. Tell us how many passengers and bags when you book. See our fleet & luggage guide.
Can you supply a child seat?
Yes. Child seats are available on request, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Just mention it when you book so we can have one ready before pickup.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible cars?
No, we don’t have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Folding wheelchairs and other mobility aids are carried free, and assistance dogs travel free. Please tell us your needs when you book. See our accessibility terms.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. With at least 24 hours’ notice there’s no cancellation fee and your fare is refunded, less any non-refundable admin fee. Later cancellations may be charged, as set out in our booking terms.

Yes. AZ Carz Ltd, trading as AZ Cars, holds Transport for London private hire operator licence 10668. Every journey is pre-booked and carried out by TfL-licensed drivers in licensed vehicles.
