Gatwick has two terminals, and some airlines use both. Check your booking confirmation or airline app, then tell us your terminal when you book so your driver goes straight to the right one. If you do end up at the wrong terminal, a free shuttle train links the two in a few minutes.

How long does it take to get from Wandsworth to Gatwick?
Usually about an hour, depending on traffic and the time of day. Allow extra time during weekday rush hours and on busy holiday weekends.
What time should I be picked up for my Gatwick flight?
Check how early your airline asks you to arrive, then add the journey time and a buffer for traffic. Tell us your flight time when you book and we’ll suggest a pickup time.
Is my flight from the North or South Terminal?
It’s on your booking confirmation or your airline’s app. Some airlines use both terminals, so check your own flight rather than going by the airline name.
Is there a drop-off charge at Gatwick?
Yes. Since January 2026, Gatwick charges every vehicle £10 for up to 10 minutes on the North and South Terminal drop-off forecourts, and private hire cars are not exempt. Ask us when you book and we’ll explain how it’s handled in your price.
What if my flight lands early or late?
We track your flight free of charge and adjust your pickup to when you actually land. Just give us the right flight number when you book.
Where will I meet my driver at Gatwick?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. If you can’t find them, call us on 020 8874 2000.
Do you charge for waiting time or parking at Gatwick?
Yes. There is no free waiting period: waiting time is charged from when your driver arrives at the pickup point, and airport parking is added at cost. Full details are in our booking terms.
Can you do early-morning Gatwick runs?
Yes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so early departures and late-night arrivals are no problem.
