Useful information
Station transfer questions
Do you take people to St Pancras for the Eurostar?
Yes. We take pre-booked journeys from anywhere in South West London to St Pancras International for Eurostar, and collect you when you arrive back. Tell us your train time when you book.
How early should I get to St Pancras for the Eurostar?
Eurostar has security and passport checks before boarding, so check the arrival time advised on your ticket or on the Eurostar website. Then allow for the journey: from Wandsworth it’s usually about 45 minutes to over an hour, depending on traffic.
Which London stations do you go to?
All of them. The ones we’re asked for most are St Pancras International, Victoria, Waterloo, Paddington and Clapham Junction, but we’ll take you to any London station, and to stations outside London too.
Can you collect me from the train?
Yes. Tell us the station, your train’s arrival time and where you’d like to meet. If your train is delayed, call 020 8874 2000 or message us on WhatsApp with the new time so we can adjust your pickup.
How long does it take to get to Victoria or Waterloo from Wandsworth?
As a rough guide, Victoria is usually about 25 to 45 minutes and Waterloo about 30 to 45 minutes from Wandsworth, depending on traffic and the time of day. Allow extra time in weekday rush hours.
Is it quicker to go to Paddington for the Heathrow Express?
It depends where you’re starting from and what time you travel. From most of South West London a direct car to Heathrow is simpler, especially with luggage. Tell us your plans and we’ll give you a price for either. See our Heathrow transfers.
Will I know the price before I travel?
Yes. When you book online you’ll see the price before you confirm. You can also call or WhatsApp us for a quote. Pay online, by card, PayPal, cash or BACS, with no card surcharge. See how our prices work.
Do you charge for waiting time?
Yes. There is no free waiting period: waiting time is charged from when your driver arrives at the pickup point. Tell us about any delay as soon as you can. Full details are in our booking terms.
Can I book a bigger car for luggage?
Yes. We have estates, executive cars, MPVs and 7-seaters. Tell us how many passengers and bags when you book and we’ll send a car with enough room. See our fleet & luggage guide.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. With at least 24 hours’ notice there’s no cancellation fee and your fare is refunded, less any non-refundable admin fee. Later cancellations may be charged, as set out in our booking terms.
Are you a licensed minicab firm?
Yes. AZ Carz Ltd, trading as AZ Cars, holds Transport for London private hire operator licence 10668. Every journey is pre-booked and carried out by TfL-licensed drivers in licensed vehicles.
