By making a booking with AZ CARS Online, by phone or via Email, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms & conditions. These terms and Conditions may vary at any time.

Order Placement:

While placing a booking, you undertake that all the information you have provided us must be correct. This information includes Name of the Passenger, Pickup date and time and Credit or debit card information.

While placing bookings it is your responsibility to provide all the information clear and accurate, like number of passengers, Luggage, baby seats, vehicle type (Saloon, Estate, MPV, 7 Seater, 8 Seater and Executive Cars) you need etc. By booking with AZ CARS, you agreed to pay full amount against Services.

Change Given Information

If you want to change any information that you has provided us, it is your responsibility to make correction/changes before the pickup time. Very rarely can happen that error occurs like Price or some other things may displayed incorrect. In this case, AZ CARS has rights to cancel the booking OR Readjust the fare according to Condition.

If your flight is delay or canceled, you are liable to inform the company before time to make changes in timings.

Payment Method

“We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”

AZ CARS accepts payment from all kind of payment card, Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, American Express etc. Passenger has to provide correct Details for the payment by card for using our cab services, i.e. Credit card owner Name, Card Number, CSC and correct address of the Card Owner. You must ensure that there are sufficient amount in the Card that can cover the Service Charges. Company has the right to sue you against the misuse of Card. You can also pay to the driver in cash if you want to pay in cash to the Driver. Please ensure that you have the sufficient amount in Local Currency unless stated in your Bookings Confirmation Details. Once you have confirmed the price of your bookings you have to pay the full amount unless or until the management changes the decision.

*In case of Online Payment There will be £2 Extra charges that are transaction charges excluding the Fare.

Meeting Point:

At the time of Transfer, company’s Driver will wait at the Provided Pickup point. If the pickup address provided by the passenger or on the behalf of passenger is incorrect, Company is not liable to pick up the passenger and Company reserve full rights to cancel the bookings. If, in case, you do not locate driver on the time on pick up point. If driver is late due to uncertain event like accident etc., then company is not liable for his delay and passenger has to wait for the same or new driver sent by the company for pick up.

Meet & Greet:

Free Meet and Greet Services For all Airports

One Hour Free Waiting time After Flight Lands. After one-hour, if any further Delays then waiting time will be charged at £20 per Hours. 

Cancelation

If you want to change or cancel any reservation, you have to do this Via Email, Call, Text or Whatsapp. up to 6 hours before the pickup time. If you failed to send us an email then you have to directly call at our office number: 0207 610 1400. You are not allowed to make any changes or cancelation of bookings with the driver, you can only contact on the information given above. After the driver has gone to pick you up, you are liable to pay full amount of the decided fare.

Extra Services:

Please inform before time if you want to book for trip or long distance journeys. If you need some extra services, we will surely try to provide you every related thing however, it is not guarantee these services will fulfil and there is no liability on company if these requirements not met. Child/Baby seats are not mandatory that is why Company do not Provide and you have to inform us. If you have any special, requirements please let us know at the time of booking. We Provide meet and greet, one-hour Free Waiting time on airport etc. on your demand.  

Company cannot held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to uncertain events or circumstances that are beyond our control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism and extreme weather conditions etc.

By agreeing with these terms & conditions, you agree that AZ CARS is not Liable for any loss or damage due to any uncertain even occur on the way. Company is not liable if you failed to provide full and complete information.

Company’s Services are available 24/7 and you can avail anywhere any time. In case of straightway jobs, no guarantee or promise that the driver will pick you up in fixed time so you must have to book before sufficient time.
